Stephen specialises in advising limited companies on systems and management. He is the partner responsible for statutory audits and compliance with the requirements of the Companies Acts. He also advises other businesses on tax planning and accounting matters. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and holds a Degree in Economics.
